How to care
Plants are living goods
Shipping can be very stressful for the plants.
Before purchasing a plant, you need to do research to ensure you can provide the plant with the optimal environment upon arrival. It is quite normal that a plant can lose some quality or problem like losing the leaves or even the roots during transport and adapting in their new environment. There are many reasons: temperature, humidity, light/darkness, storage.
We recommend that you do NOT repot the plants within 2-3 weeks of arrival.
If a plant has suffered in transit, give it time to recover. A plant with healthy roots will soon be in good shape again.
