EU or International orders will be mostly sent out on Monday-Wednesday or exception to countries in Group C and D to avoid long delivery times and stuck in the shipping company on weekend.
Picking up is possible in our home but only with appointment. Please make sure to choose "Pick Up" option during the order process and write us messages on chat or Instagram-Chat to make appointment. We have mostly appointment on Weekend or after office hours.
We have to the right to postpone the shipping because of extreme weather conditions in winter or summer and will keep update with you for the next possible shipment.
Please remember that international shipments to non EU-Countries may be subject to customs duties or other country specific import fees or phytosanitary certificate fees, which are not included in the total price and we will charge this extra. Please check with your local authorities before ordering.
Phytosanitary certificates will take 2-4 weeks to process, please contact us before you start ordering in our website.
We pack as carefully and securely to make sure the plants arriving in good conditions. If the plants arrive damaged, please contact us or send us a photo or video of the packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will keep in touch with you as soon as possible to find the solution.
We will agree for a refund or replacement if the plant is still in its original condition. In original condition means that we expect that you have to use our original packaging for a return shipment after discussing with us. Any change of substrate or removal of parts the plant will not be acceptable. We will not give a refund if there is any damage occurs during return shipping due to your improper packaging.
Refund will be processed after we receive the plants.
Minor damaged may occasionally occur through shipping company despite our best efforts, but unfortunately we can not offer any refunds for yellow, wilted or broken leaves and stems.
Delivery - Problems
Any problems or an unsuccessful delivery of your parcel due to incorrect address information by the buyer or reverting to pick up points, please notice us as soon as possible and let us handle this to avoid longer shipping.
Of course, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
